Technical Rehearsal & Dry Run
April 10 is a preparation day — not a public event. This session is dedicated entirely to technical deployment, systems testing, and workflow rehearsal so that April 18 runs without compromise.
Setup & Technical Deployment
Full rig-in of all cameras, audio, switching, and Zoom systems at the venue. Equipment positioned, connected, and powered for testing.
Camera & Audio Checks
Camera positioning, framing, and exposure checks. All microphones tested for signal, gain, and coverage. Hall PA levels confirmed.
Screen & Zoom Testing
Hall screen feeds verified. Zoom connectivity and remote workflow tested end-to-end. Overlay cues and title screens rehearsed.
Show Flow Rehearsal
Pre-recorded media playback verified. Transitions, cue sequences, and show flow rehearsed. Issues identified and corrected before the live date.
