Pink Ostrich | April 10 & April 18, 2026
Deep Focus delivers a complete hybrid event production solution managing every element from technical rehearsal to live execution. Camera coverage, audio reinforcement, Zoom integration, branded outputs, remote speaker presentation, and recording. All handled with precision.
Proven workflows for simultaneous in-room and online delivery, with no compromises on either audience.
Polished visuals, crisp audio, and branded presentation design that elevates every touchpoint.
From rehearsal day through live execution, one experienced team manages the full production workflow.
Three integrated delivery layers — working together seamlessly to serve your in-room audience, your remote participants, and your production control team.
Every signal, source, and output is managed through a centralized production control system — giving the team precise command over every element of the event in real time.
This architecture ensures every source - cameras, remote speakers, presentation content, and pre-recorded media is routed cleanly and confidently to all outputs simultaneously.
Three-camera coverage providing wide, mid, and close-up perspectives. Each camera source is available for live selection at any moment during the event.
A dedicated vision mixer handles all camera sources, remote speaker feeds, presentation content, and pre-recorded media — switching cleanly and purposefully throughout the program.
Support for up to 6 microphones with a dedicated audio engineer managing mix, levels, and hall speaker / PA reinforcement for room coverage.
Full Zoom room management for remote presenters and participants. The final mixed program feed is routed simultaneously to Zoom, venue screens, and the recording system.
Our technical structure is designed to reduce risk, improve audience clarity, and maintain professional control across all event outputs.
April 10 is a preparation day — not a public event. This session is dedicated entirely to technical deployment, systems testing, and workflow rehearsal so that April 18 runs without compromise.
Full rig-in of all cameras, audio, switching, and Zoom systems at the venue. Equipment positioned, connected, and powered for testing.
Camera positioning, framing, and exposure checks. All microphones tested for signal, gain, and coverage. Hall PA levels confirmed.
Hall screen feeds verified. Zoom connectivity and remote workflow tested end-to-end. Overlay cues and title screens rehearsed.
Pre-recorded media playback verified. Transitions, cue sequences, and show flow rehearsed. Issues identified and corrected before the live date.
April 18 is the main service day. The full Deep Focus team is deployed on-site, executing the complete production workflow from setup through final recording.
Full setup, final checks, and live camera operation throughout the event. Real-time framing and coverage for all program segments.
Live audio mixing across all microphones. Hall speaker reinforcement managed throughout for clear, consistent room coverage.
Zoom room management, remote presenter handling, and hybrid routing maintained live throughout the full program.
Live switching, branded overlays and title screens, pre-recorded media playback, and recording of the final mixed program feed.
On event day, Deep Focus manages the full production workflow to ensure the program runs smoothly for both live and remote audiences.
A dedicated, experienced team structured for reliability, technical clarity, and smooth communication — from rehearsal day through the live event.
Overall production oversight, cue calling, and team coordination.
Live switching and Zoom/stream output management.
Microphone management, live mix, and hall PA reinforcement.
Live coverage across all camera positions throughout the program.
Branded overlays, title screens, and pre-recorded media playback.
On-floor coordination, cable management, and live technical support.
A single, comprehensive investment covering every element of the hybrid event production — from planning and rehearsal through to live day execution and recording.
